Join Jessica Laporte (@miss_aligned) – acro enthusiast, kinesiologist, and Om yoga teacher – for this 4-week series focused on refining technique of basic acro postures and transitions and the conditioning required to become proficient and technically skilled at the practice. We will work on drills, skills, strength, mobility, balance, and explore smooth transitions and delve into common issues and questions. You will learn different styles and techniques, will have ample opportunity to refine your skill set, and will be sent home every week with homework to complete for the following session.
