Join Jen, Francesco, Laura and Janice for a healing two hour restorative yoga and massage practice. Restorative yoga helps to find a physical and mental balance so that you feel grounded and de-stressed. Through the use of props, postures are held for long periods of time to facilitate deep passive stretching. Enjoy this deep passive stretching with a hands on therapeutic touch. Jen will guide you through the practice, and RMT’s Francesco, Laura and Janice will give you adjustments and massages while in the postures. Lotion or oil will be used. Treat your sweetie or friend for a Valentine’s Day afternoon of self-care.
