200 Hour Teacher Training

OM Hot Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Training Program is facilitated Jason Morris.
Jason’s teaching is to bring awareness to our bodies and how they move and what they need to sustain that movement for a lifetime. His vast knowledge of anatomy and movement will help give students the confidence they need to facilitate their own classes.
“I love being there to help my students get in touch with themselves. To catch them when they stumble and applaud them when they succeed. My goal in life is to help people be the best version of themselves, flaws and all. When someone comes up to me after class or during a quiet moment and says “You’ve helped me accept myself for being perfectly imperfect” I know I’ve done my job.”
OM Hot Yoga Yoga Teacher Training program is registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYS). Once the student has fulfilled all the RYS requirements they will receive their 200-hour Certificate training which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance of North America.

Jason Has been practicing for over 15 years and teaching for 10 years. As owner of Be Hot Yoga his passion is the community of yoga in our studio and around the city. He’s known for his fun sequencing, wave like flows and upbeat and light hearted approach to yoga.
