Come celebrate The Day of the Dead (Dia de Muertos) with a 2.5 hour workshop led by Artist, Certified Death Doula and Yoga Teacher, Zeph Mitchell.

There will also be journaling exercises throughout. Resources and time to answer questions will also be provided at the end of the Workshop.
The goal of this workshop is to explore our mortality through Yogic and mindfulness practises, and to have an open discussion on death to help understand and become more comfortable with our own inevitable death, and the deaths of our loved ones. By practising the art of dying, we simultaneously are practising the art of living.
CONTENT WARNING: This workshop contains discussion of death and contemplation of our own mortality. Participants will be involved in a guided meditation that involves the processes of death and imagining their own deaths.
