Class Descriptions – Gentle Entry

GENTLE ENTRY: includes Hot Hatha (Core 32), Hot Hatha & Yin (Fusion), and Warm Yin. These classes will give you more time to learn the poses and ease into your practice. It can also be more meditative or de-stressing.

 

Gentle Entry

Hatha is a good place to start for new practitioners – or to stay – if this style resonates with you. Hatha is a slower practice with a focus on alignment and form. You’ll be introduced to basic foundational yoga asanas (postures), yogic breath and meditation technique. Strength, flexibility and body awareness are just some of the fruits that this yoga practice bears.

Warm Yin Yoga

This calm, meditative class will move through Yin Yoga postures throughout the practice. Yin Yoga postures are held for several minutes in order to relax the muscles and concentrate on the connective tissues the body to open the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Suitable for beginners or experienced students

Hot Hatha 

Restorative Yoga

This calm, meditative class will move through Restorative Yoga postures throughout the practice. Restorative Yoga postures are held for several minutes in order to relax the muscles and concentrate on the connective tissues the body to open the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Suitable for beginners or experienced students

Hot Hatha 

This class is designed for those who are new to yoga, and those who are more experienced. Try Hatha and its endless variety, but do so at your own level. All-levels allows all level of practitioners by offering adaptations and variations suitable to where you are in your yoga experience.

Hot Hatha & Yin  

Like the Hot Hatha with 15 minutes of Yin added to the end of it.

Hot Happy Hips

This Hatha/Flow practice will be all about getting into the hips with openers and strengtheners. Expect a soft and soothing class with focus into the hip joints, muscles, and connectors. Great for all levels.
